Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Refunds – Registered customers must notify 4-H Whale Robotics by email 30+ days before the associated camp start date to receive a refund for a paid registration, less 10% for online processing and administrative fees. Please email Camps admin: fll@4hwhalerobotics.org, to process. Refund will be paid by a check mailed to the customer’s address.

Partial Refund – Customers who cancel by email less than 30 days but more than four weeks before their respective camp start date are eligible to receive a 50% refund for paid registration. Please email Camps admin: fll@4hwhalerobotics.org, to process. Refund will be paid by a check mailed to the customer’s address

 

A refund is NOT available if a cancellation is made four weeks or less before their child’s respective day camp start date.

 

Cancellation – 4-H Whale Robotics reserves the right to cancel the camp if the minimum number of students is not reached. 

 

Make-up Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up sessions for camps.

 

Incremental Weather or Unexpected Interruption of Classes

 

In case of incremental weather closures or delays, please check your email, or we will call you.

Unfortunately, we will not offer make-up sessions for camps in case of unexpected interruption of classes.
